This error indicates that it is a non-functioning stub. The "it's not
done yet" implies that the coding is yet to be done.

Does anybody knows how to create a pipe under win95/NT?
I tried to use mknod() with the typ 'p' and the call returns :
"mknod toto p "gives :
"mknod() called, and it's not done yet.
mknod: toto :No such file or directory"
mknod version is gnu fileutils 3.13
