where can i find binaries of xterm to run into micro images X server
above windows 95 or NT ?

At present, xterm cannot be compiled with b18. Use rxvt, an xterm look alike:
  
    http://dao.gsfc.nasa.gov/software/grads/win32/X11R6.3/

A native port of rxvt which does not require an X server at all is
available at:

    http://www.io.com/~bub/rxvt.html
