Subject: Question about shell accounts...

Is it possible to grant shell access through Cygwin so that someone may
telnet to my bash prompt? I am interested in running a MUD under Windows
'98 (yeah, don't tell me about Linux, PLEASE), and was just wondering
how I could, if I could.. Thanks.
