I've rearranged the cygutils website rather drastically, and I'd like
some feedback. If anyone has a chance, please zip over to
http://cygutils.netpedia.net/ , check out the new arrangement, and let me
know what you think. I've split off the B20 stuff, and created a V1.1
(e.g. CD1.0, snapshots, etc) branch. Except for the legacy section, the
site is multiple-browser friendly, I hope. Even lynx should be happy --
and no more frames!

I suggest you extend the improvements to the legacy section
(in your copious free time, of course <g>).
