Earnie,

I noticed this before as well, although I use a different toolbar. I found that
just exiting and restarting the toolbar "fixes" the problem. I think that when
you restart the toolbar, it will see the new environment setting(s) and will
then be able to pass it on to its child processes.

Thanks, Kevin.  I'll restate this problem.  

If the shortcut is started from the Desktop there isn't a problem.  If the
shortcut is started from the Microsoft Office Shortcut Bar then the problem
exists.
