Latest Info on GNUPG (PGP) for Cygwin?

A quick run through old messages related to PGP indicated that there was some work in this direction, but, no final results.

http://www.gnupg.org/ seems to be the homesite for GNUPg, and it does seem to have better support for Unices with no /dev/random

Could someone please bring me up to date on how to get a running version of PGP for cygwin? Thanks a lot.

i haven't tried version 1.0.2 of gnupg yet, but 1.0.1 was compiling
OOTB when given --enable-shared=no and --enable-asm=no (don't remember
the correct syntax right now), using /dev/random which is supported in
recent versions of the cygwin DLL
