gcc --version is 2.95.2
ld --version is 2.10.90

Anything else is unsupported by this list and the Cygwin developers.

The Beta 20 release will include egcs as its compiler.  And, no, I
don't know when it will be available yet.  :-)

What about it?  If you can't find Win32 egcs versions on Mumit's page 
then it simply doesn't exist.
