Ouch. Ok, just set the gid to 513 in /etc/group or set your primary group to 10513 in /etc/passwd and try again. Did you ever read http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/ntsec.html ??? If you read it carefully, you'll see that you are free to change /etc/passwd as well as /etc/group so that it fits your needs.
