This is not the much awaited "fully tested 2.5.6 release", it's just a "plain" 2.5.6 release as it comes from upstream... I hoper to solve some of the Cygwin-specific rsync problems in this release but until then you can use this updated release, shouldn't have regressions versus 2.5.5 of course.
