That didn't work.  My environment variables might
be messed up.  When I call the regular cygwin bash
prompt from a batch file, I have the following in
the batch file:

C:\Cygwin\bin\bash --rcfile /cygdrive/h/.bashrc -i

That explicitly tells bash to source my .bashrc.
Does rxvt have anything like that?
