These two packages should exist according to the package list, but their
corresponding directories are empty. I have the 4.5.3 versions installed, but
the rest of Qt is already at 4.8.4. Could someone please check whether the
directories should be deleted (there doesn't seem to be any package that
requires these two)?

Those components are long deprecated, the directories don't currently
exist on sourceware, and you should uninstall those packages if you
still have them.
