snapshot dated 20140310 fails under XP

Hello,

Under XP/x86, the last snapshot (20140310) cannot be launched and Windowos produces (translated from french): "entry point GetConsoleScreenBufferInfoEx is not found in KERNEL32.DLL"
The last snapshot dated 20140309 also produces this message, but a preceeding one also dated 20140309 (which is not visible any more) was perfectly working.

Under W7/x86 all of them work correctly.

By the way, one question: does anybody know when the support for XP SP3 is expected to be discontinued?

Microsoft:  This April.
Cygwin:     Not yet, though I wouldn't mind for technical reasons.
