Hi guys,
thanks for testing so far. Some of you complained that the links in the
preliminary document pointing to other chapters in the documentation are
dead.
What I did now is to add the full preliminary documentation to
https://cygwin.com/preliminary-ug/
To access the important part on account handling directly, try either
https://cygwin.com/preliminary-ug/ntsec.html
or just continue to use
https://cygwin.com/preliminary-ntsec.html
which is now a convenient redirect to the real docs.
Also, have a look into the new mkpasswd/mkgroup tools, as well as
the smaller changes in getfacl/setfacl:
https://cygwin.com/preliminary-ug/using-utils.html
Have fun,
Corinna
