Hi, I'm new to cygwin and after installing it I can't seem to get cygwin to
see my entire computer only the specific directory that it is in itself. For
instance, I cannot navigate to the C: directory or to My Documents or
anything of that nature.

Any ideas/help??

Thanks very much,
Bluehat

You would also likely benefit from taking a gander at the User's Guide:

<http://cygwin.com/cygwin-ug-net/>

There's lots of good stuff in there that explains how Cygwin works.
