More information: If you back down cygwin bash to BASH_VERSION='3.2.51(24)-release', the messages about job control no longer appear when bash starts. However I still can't interrupt jobs started with M-x compile or M-x shell-command, so I'm guessing this has something to do with the latest version of cygwin.dll Ken Brown-6 wrote: > > This is the native Windows build of emacs, not Cygwin's emacs. > -- View this message in context: http://old.nabble.com/bash-under-emacs-gives-%22cannot-set-terminal-process-group%22-tp33399261p33415299.html Sent from the Cygwin list mailing list archive at Nabble.com. -- Problem reports: http://cygwin.com/problems.html FAQ: http://cygwin.com/faq/ Documentation: http://cygwin.com/docs.html Unsubscribe info: http://cygwin.com/ml/#unsubscribe-simple
