Is icmp development supported?
(can't find ICMP_* nor struct icmp/icmphdr)

Traditional Unix ICMP is not supported by Windows sockets :-( There are 
some undocumented extensions (icmp.dll) to provide ICMP functionality. 
Search for ICMP_API.ZIP on the Net.
