info & man pages

Is there a tool that convert info and man pages in html format
with hyperlinks of course?

Or maybe someone can point me to the web where this pages
already exist?

Yes, they are called "info2html" and "man2html" :))
To be serious, I don't know, whether they exist for NT, but they ar
definitely here on my Linux box.

PolyglotMan (aka: rman, rosettaman) 
ftp.cs.berkeley.edu/ucb/people/phelps/tcltk/rman.tar.Z

I think I remember that this compiles "out of the box".
