Hello,
It's not pure Cygwin related....
someone mentioned that somewhere do such things exist
like a wrapper to make Borlands or other's C-compiler
behave like gcc.
Who knows where to look for this.
I try to do the same thing for the
KEIL Crosscompiler tools for 8 or 16 Bit
