Hi
sqltypes.h from cygwin-1.1.1 contains typedefs
such as
typedef ULONG UDWORK;
ULONG and some others are defined in windows.h.
Shouldn't sqltypes.h contain a #include <windows.h>?
I came across this when trying to build the DBD-ODBC-0.28
ODBC driver for perl DBI.
