What does that mean? C++ has "cout" and "<<" and GNU g++ implements both
of these. The version of GNU g++ that comes with Cygwin therefore supports
these constructs, if that's what you were asking...

ever any research done in terms of Cygwin, the answer is pretty
self-explanatory...strange question, yes?
