As secure or insecure as on any other system. The insecurity of
NT is not SSH related...

I bet he meant "SSH on CygWin is as secure as a NT application can be?" and
I think the answer is "of course" (right?).
Of course ather the system is completely compromised (and it happens
frequently, it seems ^_^) nothing is secure no more.
