Delete the installation directory.

I tried that on my NT workstation, it didn't work. I got this error:

The name specified is not recognized as an internal or external command, 
operable program or batch file.

We use uninstall.exe! 
At least after you have contributed the utility...

Delete the cygwin dir and remove the HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Cygnus
Solutions reg key. This is under 2000 but I suspect is is not very
different under the other flavours of Windows.
