I don't see how it is:
$ dash
$ cd /c
$ ls -d W*
WINDOWS
$ cd c:/WINDOWS
cd: 3: can't cd to c:/WINDOWS
$ cd C:/WINDOWS
cd: 4: can't cd to C:/WINDOWS
Any more ideas?
