Have you noted that you have also
D:\cygnus\cygwin-b20\H-i586-cygwin32\bin
in parallel to cygwin-1.7.9

and that libtk8.5.dll is not coming from cygwin ?

By chance, in your last update
"Last downloaded files from: ftp://ftp.cygwinports.org/pub/cygwinports"

  did something go wrong ?
