I recompiled the recent boost libraries with the new gcc-4 package.

The thread example fails with:

$ g++ thread.cpp -L /usr/local/lib -lboost_thread
/tmp/cccfCagO.o:thread.cpp:(.text+0xa4): undefined reference to
`__Unwind_Resume'
