From mboxrd@z Thu Jan 1 00:00:00 1970 From: Roland Glenn McIntosh To: cygwin@cygwin.com Subject: sshd debug output, and ssh debug Date: Fri, 31 Aug 2001 09:18:00 -0000 Message-id: <5.0.2.1.2.20010831120628.068379f8@lnxmain> X-SW-Source: 2001-08/msg01482.html I don't think this is a problem with ssh or my ssh configuration... but here's the VAST ammounts of debug info, from both the server and the client. I am using OpenSSH. I'm actually just trying "ssh localhost" to test, but have also tried from other computers on the network (all running OpenSSH, though on linux). Again, as a summary, password authentication fails, but RSA authentication works just fine. Apologies for length and spamminess. -Roland sshd debug: ----------- $ sshd -d debug1: Seeding random number generator debug1: sshd version OpenSSH_2.9p2 debug1: private host key: #0 type 0 RSA1 debug1: read PEM private key done: type RSA debug1: private host key: #1 type 1 RSA debug1: read PEM private key done: type DSA debug1: private host key: #2 type 2 DSA debug1: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0.
