Nothing depends on it. What happened is that I forgot to upload a
setup.hint file for texlive-collection-langhungarian. As a result, it
got put into the "Misc" category, and I guess packages in that category
are automatically selected to be installed.
Once the setup.hint is uploaded, things should be back to normal. Sorry
for the inconvenience.
