I'll look into it, but make no promises.

The contrib/ directory is not in the distribution tarball and I
don't want to get the entire source tree for subversion from
subversion's repository, because it would include the entire
contrib/ directory and the licensing of some of those tools is in
question and not something the Cygwin project should distribute.
