Compiled binary seems to crash here.
I updated mingw64 runtime/headers yesterday.

$ echo "main(){}" >t.c && i686-w64-mingw32-gcc t.c -o t
$ ./t
Segmentation fault

These have been updated:
mingw64-*-headers-3.0.0-1
mingw64-*-runtime-3.0.0-1
w32api-{headers,runtime}-3.0.
0-1

I wonder if the cross-compiler it-self should not be rebuilt.

Normally no, as there aren't any major ABI changes. I need to investigate.
