and after this I got that update info dir requires all those package,

OK, maybe the issue regards _update-info-dir. setup.ini shows

You were right, it seems that the update of setup.ini was behind the upload.
There were some errors due to other package uploaded at the same time
and due to the peculiar structure of _update-info-dir this caused
the problem.

Eventually will be better to leave a prev version of the package, not 
just for the source.

This is a red herring, the file content is always the same

Notice, I am an acient user of Cygwin and all those packages have been 
installed some time ago...

But 'try again' doesn't work. Then clicking 'Cancel', it prints

   Can't open (null) for reading. No such file

Rerunning Setup, run package is not marked for upgrade and clicking 
'Next' it says:

   Resolving Dependencies
   The following packages are required to...

   _update-info-dir	(00326-1)
	Generate info/dir file automatically
	Required by: automake1.14, bash, binutils, bison, coreutils, diffutils, 
fftw3, findutils, flex, gawk, gcc-core, gcc-fortran, gdb, gdbm,

I uploaded the wrong setup.hint file to the run-debuginfo directory.
It's now fixed and should show up on the mirrors soon.  You can delete
the debuginfo package from your installation on the next update if you
have it installed already.

[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: run-1.3.3

[Achim Gratz]

Version 1.3.3 of run, previously available as a test release, is
promoted to current.  This version adds a new option "--quote" that
effects automatic re-quoting of arguments continaing whitespace or
backslash characters suitabe for the MS-CRT.  Please note that some
progams implement their own quoting mechanism and that the arguments to
run must also be correctly quoted depending on how run gets started
itself.

Changes:

1.3.3-1

        * src/run.c: New option "--quote", which auto-quotes arguments
          containing whitespace or backslash characters.


The new files should appear on your favorite mirror within the next day.
