I just did binary-search regression tests on the available
old test versions, and found this:

OK:  cygwin-3.6.0-0.86.gbfe2790e7bc4.tar.xz
BAD: cygwin-3.6.0-0.92.g8bd6ba8f16ec.tar.xz
