Not to go into details now, but I have tried it, and immediately had troubl= e. Now, based on your feedback, I am sure it is my fault: I suspect I have some symlinks or the like in my Cygwin world that is leading to conflict. Now that I know it should work, I am pretty sure I can get it to work. I will report here on the ultimate result.
