Hi Corinna,

The truth is out! :-)

@@ 'cygpath -S -u' (2.4.0, 32-bits) informs us that the system directory 
is:

     /drv/c/Windows/SysWOW64

However, it probably not what we want here.

(hint: do_sysfolders() in utils/cygpath.cc)
