Ghostscript-8.15 has the man pages in the wrong directory...

[Dr. Volker Zell]

should be /usr/share/man instead of /usr/man

There are also some documentation files missing which are hyperlinked in
/usr/share/doc/ghostscript-8.15/Readme.htm

for example: History7.htm History8.htm Issues.htm

I'm hoping that our new ghostscript maintainer will respond to this and
eventually offer a repackaged file.

We also need an announcement about the recently-uploaded new version of
ghostscript.

I shall fix them.  The original unixinst.mak missed these files too.

Can I make the announcement after I upload the fixed version 8.15-2?
