It's already been backported here: https://cygwin.com/cgit/newlib-cygwin/commit/?h=cygwin-3_5-branch&id=fc5e9525453fea7c27b0e13635ae54abaa0db69d

So I would guess a version 3.5.2 is very likely to appear.
