Hi Cristopher,
just that you are verifying, please add this:

if one of the direct referenced dll is missing,
(I removed cygjpeg-62.dll)
the outcome is not very helpful:

$ ldd /usr/bin/cyggs-8.dll
        ntdll.dll => /cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32/ntdll.dll (0x7c900000)
        kernel32.dll => /cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32/kernel32.dll (0x7c800000)
        ??? => ??? (0x10000000)
