Small RFE, inspired by another Windows installer:
RFE: Cygwin installer should offer option (boolean checkbox) "Add Cygwin /usr/bin to system path" , i.e. add "C:\cygwin64\bin\" at the end of the System variable PATH.
That would make it MUCH easier for beginners just to launch a shell (and other mundane tasks).
