Nope, didn't work. Got the same message: 2 [main] ? (-5768) d:\m1\voyagerdev\2006.1\bin\acqjob.exe: *** fatal error - cygheap base mismatch detected - 0x6115B900/0x36B900. is problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL. arch for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Start->Find/Search facility d delete all but the most recent version. The most recent version *should* side in x:\cygwin\bin, where 'x' is the drive on which you have stalled the cygwin distribution. Rebooting is also suggested if you e unable to find another cygwin DLL.
