I have no idea where they are kept at, and how to change them.

Also, I couldn't make this work, anyways; yet I thought it should have worked:

> > $ cd /mnt
> > $ pwd
> > /mnt
> > $ gcc a.c

> > $ ./a.exe
> > -bash: ./a.exe: Permission denied
