"Packages" is not one of the drop-down options for View. The default view is, I believe, Pending, or at least that's what always ope= ns=20 for me. And it wouldn't show up in Pending for you since it's not installed= on your PC and therefore can't be pending. Categories (and Full) both show all packages, and therefore it would be found in those views.
