Pardon my late respond. Last week, after reading Marco respond, I
remove cygwin path from the system path and solve the problem.

This is consistent with Andrey Repin reply that the cygwin stuff are
just programs or executable

Since cygwin bin is in the windows system path. Running command in the
cmd prompt console window will also run whatever program found in the
cygwin bin path.

Many thanks. Now I have my system working as I want em. Running only
normal windows cmd program from windows cmd shell. And running cygwin
program just when running poderossa cygwin shell.

Regards
Haris

PST: I write concise problem statement after lots of troubleshooting
to get concise solution such as Marco respond.

Programs. Not commands.
It is no coincidence you can run any program from console.
This is, at the end of the day, what console is for - to run programs.

It already is. I don't understand your question.

Can you please specify more clearly, what you want to achieve?
Explaining the problem from the middle doesn't quite help to resolve it.
