Does this:
$ ls /usr/share/terminfo/terminfo
lrwxrwxrwx /usr/share/terminfo/terminfo -> /usr/share/terminfo/
serve a purpose, or supply a workaround .. or .. is it a packaging glitch?
(Only in Cygwin64, not Cygwin32.)
