Hello,

I noticed that no message has been archived for cygwin-patches at https://cygwin.com/pipermail/cygwin-patches/2021q3/date.html since August 3rd, and to cygwin-developers at https://cygwin.com/pipermail/cygwin-developers/2021-July/date.html since July 2nd.  The main archive at https://cygwin.com/pipermail/cygwin/2021-August/date.html is up-to-date.
