env - [command]
env --ignore-environment [command]
Should remove all of the environment before executing the
command. Neither works.
Test case:
env - env
should print nothing
env -
prints nothing, but the effect doesn't last to the
next executed command.

This should be fixed in Sergey's version of cygwin.dll.
