there is a link at the top cygwin website "Franken Archives moved".
HTH.

Subject: new questions
Hi,
Some questions,
1. How do I port small useful network monitoring apps from unix to windows98
such as maybe "iptraf"?
2. Are there any places where I can get ready-to-run ported apps in windows?
thanks
