Hi,
Since I see that RPM has been ported to cygwin,
it might be nice to have a tarball (or a setup.exe
package) that installed RPM and all it's dependencies,
and then you could use RPM to install whatever other
cygwin packages you wanted.
Not quite as user-friendly as a GUI interface, but a
very flexible alternative.
Just a suggestion.
