I just installed the new cywin 1.1.1 dll by using
.\setup -u cygnus
and after that my make no loner works. I have to uninstall it and reinstall
the old DLL from cygwin-20000301.tar.gz.

You may search the mailing list archives at,

several other messages about this problem.
