This is really weird. Are you sure you're quoting the message correctly?
Please post the output of "type -a kpsewhich.exe" and "cygcheck
/bin/kpsewhich.exe".

None of them (as you can see by searching <http://cygwin.com/packages/>
for "cygkpathsea.*.dll"). You can ignore the "Incomplete" tag on the
"apache" and the "mod_*" packages - it's due to a directory renaming trick
that I'm not quite sure how to handle. The others I'd certainly
investigate, starting with "cygcheck -cv" of the affected packages.
