Are you sure you're quoting the message correctly? Please post the output of "type -a kpsewhich.exe" and "cygcheck /bin/kpsewhich.exe". > Which packet (see below) has to do with cygkpathsea? > > $ cygcheck -c | grep Incopmlete > > apache 1.3.24-5 Incomplete > gcc2 2.95.3-10 Incomplete > libgdbm 1.8.0-5 Incomplete > mod_auth_mysql 1.11-1 Incomplete > mod_auth_ntsec 1.7-1 Incomplete > mod_dav 1.0.3-1.3.6-1 Incomplete > mod_php4 4.2.0-2 Incomplete > mod_ssl 2.8.8-1.3.24-1 Incomplete > openssl 0.9.7b-3 Incomplete > tcltk 20001125-1 Incomplete > XFree86-fnts 4.2.0-2 Incomplete > XFree86-prog 4.2.0-1 Incomplete None of them (as you can see by searching for "cygkpathsea.*.dll"). You can ignore the "Incomplete" tag on the "apache" and the "mod_*" packages - it's due to a directory renaming trick that I'm not quite sure how to handle. The others I'd certainly investigate, starting with "cygcheck -cv" of the affected packages.
