The lock up stil occurs even though I have turned off my anti-virus software. Secondly, when I am able to get past the choose package screen, I keep getting the error saying: Can't open C:\/ftp%3a%2f%2fcygwin.mirrors.pair.com/release/ash/ash-20020731-3.tar.bz2.tmp for writing. No such file or directory. So I was wondering how I can get around these two problems?
